This product is a cost-effective solution to biofouling in commercial ice cube machines and has been tested & approved by many large companies in the restaurant and related food & beverage industries - Coca-Cola, Scotsman Ice, franchises of McDonald's, Subway, Captain D's, Dairy Queen, and others. In addition to food and beverage companies, the Ice Wand is also used in hospitals, casinos, hotels, and other markets that use many ice cube machines and are concerned with food safety.

On The Initial Visit You Can Expect:
     • Disassembly of removable parts for hand cleaning
     • Steam pressure washing of non-removable parts
     • Sanitary wipedown
     • Installation of Ice Wand

Maintenance Includes:
     • Quarterly cleaning of exterior
     • Sanitizing Wipedown
     • Replacement of Ice Wand
     • Annual Deep Cleaning utilizing steam pressure washer

By purchasing a Maintenance Agreement, customer also receives Preferred Customer Status.
Preferred Customers are guaranteed same day service on all service calls and fixed pricing for duration of agreement.
